Then, when people expected that world created possibilities of over world advanced progress, solidarity, peaceful coexistence and rejection of using power in international relations, world suddenly found out in unexpected chaos, in organized and well done Chaos, in chaos order.

Today’s civilization attempting to destroy all inherited culture, and to make new one, artificial. History show us that all artificial cultures are short lived, are sustainable, and that there are not survived after their creatures. The most remarkable form of such artificial culture were Nazi, Hitler’s, and Hollywood culture, today , it is in same level by its characteristics.

By destroying culture heritage, civilization of the new worlds order prepares its own debacle. It destroyed intellectuality, esthetics and morality. Intellectuals are transformed in its robot and work upon their orders. Values of science are not valued by quantum, or quality of knowledge, but by its fast applicability. Art is exchanged by kich and in enormous quantities as products of mass culture,, form who negate any esthetic. Ethics is systematically toppled down of its totally negation. By this way scientific and technology progress instead to liberate mankind and all people, moved to destroy mankind.Until majority die from hunger and barely surviving, minority is spoiled , greedy cannot eat enough corrupted and in all means spoiled in material luxury, without any sense of solidarity of uncertain future.

Contradictions in the world are such that west civilization cannot survive in other means but as threatening and ugly empire. Western civilization revitalize slave system of Roman empire. Only chains are modified made them modern and made them apparently easier for wearing. One political system functions in west world apparently democratic, with rule of law, but totally different political system, dedicated to the rest of the world, obedient, marionettic, system of robbing transmissions which dangerous nature is covered by chorus implore in the west value ideals. Even new, syncretic religion is projected by conspiracies world rulers.Empire is formed by acting that it is not , and hiding its own nature. Empire wants to be liked and all accepted, but as a fuel for love it uses only fear and delusion. The fear is for conciseness, sensible, intelligent, and delusion is for stupid and easy of belief. Similar with all precessors, American empire likes to be only potent without any question, without any competitor. American Empire likes to be for ever, to create the end of history to be final, ultimate state creation.

It seems that every empire on the top of its power feel eminent fall and it makes them very nervous and without scruple. Whole west is in deep crisis for a very long time, Present and without chance for surviving. Crisis is exposed in political moral, economical, religious, artistic and family domain. Everything in process of disintegration, there are no fresh ideas almost in decades. Art , religion, ideology has been united with satanism and mason conspiration, for long time ago, and pattern for explanation of events, causes and consequences. They follow the most primitive consciences in order to win everything what is intellectually strong , which threaten with possible rationally explanation and to overcome current situation. Today American film, music, public media and literature just express that primitive spirit mass entertainment as replacement for true spirit development. They revitalize mysticism, prejudice, superstitious, astrology and similar forms of mass manipulation, which regularly and without mistake they count with human stupidity and no education, easy to believe. Systematical disorder in society, is synonym for chaos in the heads of people, avoiding of intellectual efforts and becoming subject to simplified picture of the world, and idealization of current order.

International economic system,which is characterized as impossible to overcome disproportion of the minority rich, against huge majority of hopeless, and every day exploitation from the rich, is more evident, in planet proportion, has been developed much earlier than proclaimed new world order, but it is its substational base. Capitalistic exploitation in the first place inside one country and class difference based on it, and inside structure of the society have been replaced by class stratification between the countries of super developed and undeveloped world. Fundamental social contradictions of west countries are successfully overcame by high average” living standard” they achieve by “more intensive robbery of economically poor nations and states, grabbing their natural raw resources or by hiring the cheapest possible working labor. Such situation would last until the bipolar system appears again, though the multipolar system would be more convenient, because it would eliminate international law and political system, created regarding the interest of only one country. It can not totally cancel the economic exploitation and political enslaving, but there is a minimal possibility for alternative, which doesn’t exist in concept of new world order. Where hegemony and domination are at the top level, order can not be long term stable. There is a primary antagonism inside hierarchical system where one power totally dominates, instead of contradictions appeared as a consequence of mutual competition among the powerful states. The existence of opposition and it parliamentary insitutionalization, we presume normal in any political system and order of law, here in totalitarian created new world order is complete sacrilege. They openly show that in fight with opponents all means are allowed. World is aware of the existence of only one , sovereign political will, without any competition, and even without possibility to think about eventual alternative.

Imposing such principals to independent states, means neglecting the characteristics of main subjects of international relations, and it transfers to international organizations and institutions of collective security, this is the explanation for the most aggressive military pact formed after the II World War, introduced into the public, at recent times. It is easier to Americans to put on them the dress of collective spirit. This is the way wanted universal political organization of mankind in practice to work as per the orders of the gang, where the main gangster torture, not only peaceful citizens, but his own collaborators in the robbing, and it is concluded according to the unequal division of the booty. Even not the law norms, no matter how exactly determined, have no substational importance if not constantly in agreement with American imperialistic interest and political will of Washington Administration. There is established the world’s tyranny, never similar to any other in the history of mankind.The state tyranian, obtained to itself the monopoly to apply the force in the international relations, legally. At the same time the other countries are forbidden to use the force in its internal affairs as the main mark of sovereignty. This way of appliing the law transferred United States of America into the main world’s terrorist, monopolistic terrorist organization, which its strength, force and power very quickly turn into international public law, and obedience of all other states is their duty.

It is natural that America tends to cover the real substance of its hegemony and domination over the whole planet, so American ideologists are doing their best to present the world’s order as at last, established principle of rule of the law in the international relations , in the system where strong one protects the weak one, and the condition when the Chart of United Nations will be applied in whole , after so many decades of neglecting. American president, George Bush, in 1990 , delighted with the fall of Berlin Wall and collapse of Warsaw Pact, and preparing the aggression to Iraq, made a note to new world’s order the principle of peaceful solving issues between the countries, new ways of cooperation between the countries, solidarity in confrontation to the aggression, decreasing of world’s arming and supervising of its stocks, also the right treatment of international community towards all nations. Practically, the existence of Council of United Nation became absurd, and it is realized by the fear of other great countries to put “veto” upon the decisions of America, so transforming this organization in American instrument for imposing its partial interests and system of value to the whole world. Arrogantly, Bush announced that America won in cold war and because of that, responsibility is for the destiny of the whole mankind was imposed to America. Americans, became simply covered by the speeches regarding their high world’s mission as champion of democracy.

Particular American interests ( though there is no nation upon the traditional European opinion, it is a conglomerate of various nations, where the most important is role of the descendants of the west European immigrants, specially Anglo-Saxon) are masked ( covered) in the form of the value of western liberalism and democratic pluralism. One great power is considering itself in the role of supreme commander of the world’s history, thinking that today’s global relation of power is eternal and unchangeable. America considers the sovereign, national countries as the main obstacle, and they can’t be adopted into American model of civilization, because of their sovereignty and nationality. This American model is based upon the liberal political democracy, market economy and respecting the human rights, specially rights of race, ethnic, religious and other minorities, where the right of homosexuals is specially stressed and the issue of sexes. There is really equal social treatment for Blacks, Latin-Americans and Asians in their own social community. It would be very useful to present how the concept of the wide autonomy and special status, confederation and weak federation function in America. In America everything is on sale, even democracy. Every political function is accessible to everyone who has enough money to buy it, or provide the support of the most powerful economic and financial corporations. Even the corruption is legalized according the method of institutionalization through system of Congress lobby. Mass media are not objective, controlled and instrumentalized as the main tool of manipulation and production of obedient collective mind of the mass of the citizens without identity. The news are goods and its value is not in the level of objectivity and confidence, but in possibility of a good sale on the market. Moral completely retreats before profit and goal. Media are strictly ideological mean of propaganda for all important issues in possession of the people in power.Free media are possible only in the sections where the power is not interested in achieving the unified opinion. Even in the sphere of religion there is a variant of ideology so called humanistic ecumenism or syncretic concept of civil religion with purpose that human soul be in chain, so that mind can be controlled, easier.However the “ pot for melting “ of various ethnic groups , cultures and civilizations haven’t succeed, America would have the internal confrontation with civilization.

But, challenge to American egoism presents also Russia, Japan, India and Arab states. In case that America wouldn’t succeed to destroy them, it will be forced to surrender before them, because some of them are much more capable in activation of synthesis the active economy, technological expansion and spiritual creation of human life and social processes.

c) Tyranny is not safe guarantee to despot

By establishing the planetary tyranny, Americans brought the concept of western civilization domination, and its role of unique hegemonistic missionary, in the region of ideological view to the world, and codex of moral values, political project of liberal democracy based upon individualism as privilege of chosen, upon economic concept of free competition, irrational production and endless spending, giving to it end, sociopathological form and allusion of the very end. Slavery destroys all human , social and cultural differences, so it represents the prefect status for the group they rule over. Basic form of exploitation is not appropriation of the surplus value made in production, but manipulating the dollar as the world’s Monet, loaning, subvention, manipulating with the trade allowances, stimulations and preferential, in fact directing the goods and monetary flow. Pessimism can be contra productive in case that its primary dilemmas wouldn’t be changed quickly for whole critic search for possible alternatives, it can lead to apathy of hopeless and resignation. The worst would be mass feeling and stand that everything is destroyed so that struggle would be in vain, accused to fail and new disappointment, in advance.

The way of dressing is accommodated to it, hair dress, home pets, principally the most extravagant to follow this new way of fashion trend. Sexual direction is not the matter of nature, health or mind, any more, it is a question of free determination, like becoming a member of some political parties. There are religious sects, everywhere, manifested by asociality covered in total false sociality, person without personality ideology of new ere, created to to establish complete dehumanization of interhuman relation upon maximal manipulation and instrumentalization.

So, America destroyed their own population socially and psychologically, destroyed their values in a way that there is no improving, but only destructing. America, fundamentally put the whole world into danger and manifested that it presents the main threat for its future, but systematically it created the conditions for its forthcoming crush. Paradoxally, America achieved it by destroying the others. Korea, Vietnam, and many other Asian, African and Latin-American countries, were the places for logistic preparations for a new world order, manifested at the beginning by the American politics of violence and destruction, paradigmatic example of practical realization of American project of the planetary freedom and global democracy were presented upon genocide, conquer politics against: Serbian, Irish, and Palestinian people. After cold war , the whole world relaxed and waited peace and taking breath regarding the issues of constant political and military confrontations, Americans disturbed the international political scene ,again confirming that their politics of hegemony and domination is the best in dirty water, like hunting in the fog. Its totalitarian politics, is promoted openly, within the concepts of absolute, and universal state, but they are not able to hide internal substance of self destruction as a leading compound of American life.They haven’t faced the fact of the political philosophy, very well known in ancient times, that tyranny is not the safe guarantee, event o the top tyranian. Naturaly, its obvious that no one tyranny will be destroyed itself, by its own will. Because of that, constantly we have to engage, by all means, the leading intellectuals of the mankind, to criticize and use the opportunity to prove that politics has no chance in confrontation with the mind, conscience and moral.
